1. Tour Operation & Schedule

Punctuality: Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. The bus will depart strictly on time. If you miss the departure, no refunds or mid-tour joins will be permitted.

Schedule Alterations & Delays: Scheduled times and itineraries are subject to change due to traffic or weather conditions. We cannot accept claims for additional costs such as taxi fares or accommodation resulting from delays.

Tour Cancellation: If the minimum number of participants is not met, or in cases of force majeure, the tour may be canceled or rescheduled. You will be notified via email at least 3 days prior to departure.

2. Onboard Rules & Facilities

Bus Etiquette: Smoking and phone calls are strictly prohibited inside the bus. Please be mindful of the person behind you when reclining your seat. The bus is not equipped with a restroom, but scheduled bathroom breaks will be made.

Seat Assignment: Bus seats will be assigned by the company. Specific seating requests cannot be guaranteed.

3. Special Assistance

4. Miscellaneous

Luggage & Valuables: Large luggage can be stored in the bus trunk. Please keep all personal belongings and valuables with you at all times.

Tour Conductor Rest Period: In compliance with Japanese labor regulations, designated free-time periods will be used as the tour conductor's mandatory rest period.

Lost and Found: Left items will be kept for up to two weeks after the tour. Perishable items will be disposed of immediately.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour may be canceled. In such cases, you will be notified in advance.

Meeting Location:

If you select Narita Airport as your meeting point, the pick-up location is at Terminal 2 (T2). Please double-check your terminal to ensure you arrive at the correct location.

Clothing & Footwear:

You will be walking on cobblestones, stairs, and unpaved paths at temples, shrines, and historic streets. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.

Traffic & Schedule:

Arrival times and the itinerary order are subject to change due to traffic conditions or facility operations. No refunds will be issued for delays caused by traffic.

Luggage:

Large luggage can be stored in the bus luggage compartment. However, please keep your valuables and personal belongings with you, as we cannot take responsibility for lost items.

Manners & Etiquette:

Please respect local customs when visiting temples and shrines, and follow instructions regarding photography-restricted areas.
