• Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Reclining seats are generally not permitted (except for some courses).
• The drop-off location may differ from the meeting point.
• Lost items will be kept for 2 weeks after the tour ends. Perishable food and items difficult to store will be disposed of immediately.
• Participation with pets is not allowed.
• Bus seating will be assigned by the company.
• In case of emergencies, you may be asked to share a seat with the tour conductor.
• Admission fees included in the tour price may differ from official public prices. No refunds or additional charges will be made for any price differences after departure.
• If the minimum number of participants (25 people) is not met, or in cases of force majeure such as disasters or accidents, the tour may be changed or canceled up to 3 days prior to departure (13 days prior for overnight tours).
