Weather Policy: The event will take place rain or shine. In case of light/moderate rain, please bring suitable rainwear (raincoats are recommended over umbrellas for walking).

Severe Weather & Cancellation: In the rare event of extreme weather (e.g., severe typhoons or natural disasters) forcing cancellation, meals will be provided as take-away packages at the meeting point (Shikano Ourai Exchange Center "Dream").

Luggage Storage: No luggage storage service is available at the venue. Please travel light or utilize station lockers in advance.

Course Modifications: The walking route and menu items are subject to slight changes depending on weather conditions and ingredient availability.

7 days to 2 days prior: 30% of total fee

1 day prior (Day before event): 50% of total fee

Day of event / No-Show: 100% of total fee (No refund)

Physical Fitness Requirements: Participants must be in good health and capable of walking approximately 8 km continuously (3 to 4 hours).

Age Eligibility:

Adults & Children (Ages 3 and above): Standard rate applies.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

Children under 3: Free to join, but no food or drinks will be provided.

Alcohol Consumption & Public Transport: Alcoholic beverages (Craft Beer, Sake) will be served. Participants who plan to consume alcohol must not drive and should utilize public transportation, taxis, or designated shuttles.

Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Special dietary options (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergy-specific substitutions) cannot be customized on the day of the event due to the fixed gastronomy menu.
