Enjoy Japanese Cuisine
Central to Edo culture are the ideals of "iki" (sophisticated style) and "biishiki" (sense of beauty), which are reflected in each dish.
We present a multi-course kaiseki experience curated to engage all five senses using the finest quality ingredients. This is not just a meal for the sumo show; it serves as a vital aspect of your cultural immersion—an unforgettable showcase of Japan's rich culinary legacy.
- Halal and gluten-free meal requests should be made at least 3 days prior to the performance.
- Vegan meal requests must be submitted by the day before the performance.
- Drinks are not included; please place your orders directly at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
Japanese Sake Bar
During the Edo period, sake from the renowned Kamigata region (Kyoto-Osaka) was transported to the capital, becoming a cultural sensation. The apex of this tradition was the sake from Nada, known as "kudarizake."
These expertly brewed selections were viewed as a fashionable luxury by Edo's citizens and were the preferred offering for the Shogun himself. We invite you to our sake bar to explore the heritage of these esteemed spirits.
