"Tsugaru-han Neputa Village" serves as a cultural theme park where visitors can fully engage with the enchantment of the "Hirosaki Neputa Festival," which is one of Aomori's hallmark summer celebrations, alongside Tsugaru's traditions throughout the year.

As you enter the paid section, you will be welcomed by the stunning, large fan-shaped festival floats located within the "Hirosaki Neputa Hall." Here, you can explore the festival's music, featuring flutes and drums, and even have the chance to try your hand at playing the traditional taiko drums.

Your next stop will be the "Tsugaru Shamisen Sangendo" hall, where you can enjoy a live performance of the Tsugaru Shamisen. The vigorous, rhythmic, and improvisational picking technique of this classic instrument fills the room, marking the peak of your experience.
