In this workshop, using the Miso Making Kit (vacuum-cooked soybeans, salt, koji, and step-by-step instructions), you can easily prepare your own miso in just one hour. It offers a fun and educational experience suitable for both children and adults.
The workshop takes place in the studio at Fujisato, where you can complete the preparation process using our professional equipment. At the end of the process, you will take home the miso you made yourself. You can mature and ferment your miso as you wish to enjoy its unique flavor.
