Aomori Nokkedon (Seafood Rice Bowl)
At the Aomori Gyosai Center, guests can enjoy a hands-on dining adventure by crafting their own seafood bowl with meal tickets. After obtaining tickets from the information desk, you can trade them for rice and explore around 30 market stalls, choosing from a variety of toppings like fresh local scallops, tuna, prepared dishes, and grilled meat to create your perfect donburi while soaking in the vibrant market atmosphere.

1. Voucher Exchange
Visit the Nokkedon Information Office and show your booking voucher to trade it for Nokkedon meal tickets (Set of 12 tickets / 2,200 JPY value, or individual tickets).
2. Get Your Rice
Go to one of the 5 designated rice stands marked with red signs to exchange 1 ticket for a standard portion of rice (2 tickets for a large portion).
3. Explore & Top Up
Wander through 3 aisles featuring approximately 30 stalls to choose your preferred toppings—such as tuna, scallops, miso soup, or side dishes—exchanging tickets according to the item's value.
4. Enjoy Your Meal
Bring your completed bowl to the seating area on the 1F or 2F, which is furnished with chopsticks, soy sauce, and wasabi, and enjoy your meal.

Purchase Notice
- Present your booking voucher (mobile or printed) at the information office to redeem your meal tickets upon arrival.
- No Takeaway for Donburi: Due to raw food safety, completed rice bowls cannot be taken out (individual packaged fresh fish at vendor stalls can be bought to-go).
- Non-refundable Tickets: Unused meal tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, so please make sure to use all tickets.
