・Missed Departure/ Train Time: Since this is a Non-Reserved seat ticket, you can board the Non-Reserved section of any train on your specified travel date. However, changes to a Reserved seat or cash refunds at the station window are strictly prohibited.

Reservation Information

1. Reservation Deadline

Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance of your travel date.

2. Reservation Time Slots

As this is a Non-Reserved ticket, it is valid for any train on your selected travel date. You do not need to specify a departure time.

3. Group Reservations

Reservations can be made for up to 9 people. If you wish to purchase tickets for more than 9 people, please contact us directly.

4. Ticket Issuance

Tickets can be issued starting 1 month in advance.

1. Handling Fee

These tickets fees are including the handling fee: ¥2,200

2. Emergency Handling Fee

For reservations made within 7 business days of the travel date, if ticket arrangements can be made, an emergency handling fee of 3,000 yen per booking will be charged.

3. Train Delays and Cancellations

In the event of a delay or cancellation, please do not request a cash refund at the station window. Pass through the automated gates as usual. Any eligible refunds will be processed by us at a later date. We are not liable for any impact on your subsequent itinerary.

4. Ticket Management

Tickets are provided as QR codes. If you cannot display your QR code due to a dead smartphone battery or lost email, station staff cannot issue a replacement. Please contact us for QR code resending if necessary.

5. Delivery Information

Please ensure that the mail address you provide at the time of reservation is correct. We cannot offer refunds if you are unable to receive your tickets due to incorrect sending information.

How to Use

We will send you a QR code to use as your train ticket, along with final instructions. Important: This is a ticketless service. You cannot pick up physical tickets at the station ticket machines or windows. Also, this ticket is valid for the Shinkansen only and does not cover local JR lines (e.g., Yamanote Line). Please use a separate IC card for local trains.

Cancellation Policy

Changes are possible one time only, and cancellation is also possible. A handling fee of ¥1,100 applies.

Important Note on Changes: When making a change, you will be charged the handling fee plus the fare difference for the new Shinkansen ticket.
