Sumo Experience at a Traditional Dojo

This historic dojo is where the 63rd Yokozuna, Asahifuji, dedicated 33 years to training his students.

In this genuine training hall, which has hosted the hard work of four Yokozuna and more than ten Sekitori, you have the chance to participate in real training sessions and practice matches alongside the wrestlers.

With a history spanning 1,500 years, sumo is Japan's national sport. Throughout this rich tradition, only 75 wrestlers have achieved the prestigious rank of Yokozuna, and merely 70 out of around 1,000 sekitori have ascended to the top division.

We provide you with an exclusive chance to stand on this unique dohyo and engage with wrestlers who have been trained by the 63rd Yokozuna, Asahifuji.

Following the practice, savor a memorable moment as you share a bowl of chanko nabe, the vital source of strength for the wrestlers.

Immerse yourself in this unparalleled sumo experience, which cannot be found anywhere else in the world.
