The emblematic landmark of the Goto Islands! Ascending 315 meters above sea level, this gracefully shaped volcano is entirely enveloped in vibrant green grass—creating a striking contrast with its intimidating name (which translates to "Demon Mountain"). Every two years, a controlled burning is conducted to preserve its breathtaking outline. While the views during the day are remarkable, Mt. Onidake reveals a captivating and majestic aura at night.
Live Guided Stargazing Under the Open Sky!
Your breath will be taken away by the sight of innumerable stars adorning the night sky (available only on clear nights). Witnessing a sky filled with stars in such a way is genuinely awe-inspiring. The Milky Way, along with Saturn and Jupiter depending on the season, can frequently be observed with the naked eye. Our guide will utilize the actual night sky as a backdrop to introduce the constellations rooted in Greek mythology.

Important Information
1.The schedule may change or be canceled depending on weather and traffic.
2.Expect a short uphill walk (stairs/hill with a 20m elevation change) from the parking lot to the venue.
3.The mountain is higher and colder than the town, so please dress warmly! (We provide winter coats for guests in winter).
4.Important: If you have dinner included at your hotel, please inform them that you are taking this tour so you don't miss your meal.

Preschoolers (Under Elementary): Free of charge if they do not require a seat. If a seat is needed, please make a paid reservation for them.
Wheelchair Users: An assistant must accompany you. Please be aware that there are no wheelchair-accessible ramps or elevators on this tour.
Transfer Area: Pickup/drop-off is only available within Fukue Town (within 20 minutes from Fukue Port).
Solo Travelers: 1-person bookings are accepted, but an additional single surcharge will be charged.
