In this tour, you can experience two artistic aspects of Japanese culture: making decorative sushi rolls and calligraphy. By preparing decorative sushi rolls with flower or animal patterns, you will participate in an event that is both visually appealing and delicious. You can consume the sushi you make during the event or take it home along with the recipe to try it out later.
Later, you will have the opportunity to write your name in Japanese kanji characters with a calligraphy brush. You can create postcards that embody the art of calligraphy. This fun and educational workshop takes place on the first Tuesday of every month from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The decorative sushi making lasts for 105 minutes, while the calligraphy session lasts for 70 minutes; a short break is provided in between. This 3-hour experience offers a delightful and creative insight into Japanese culture.
