On this tour, you will have the opportunity to visit the factory where Katsuobushi, the special and famous product of Ibusuki City, is produced. Designed in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this event allows you to closely learn about the production process of Katsuobushi, one of the cornerstones of Japanese cuisine.
During the tour, you will also participate in a workshop where you can experience making Dashi soup (Chabushi). In this workshop, you can dive into the intricacies of Japanese gastronomy by learning both the flavor of Katsuobushi and how the soup is prepared.
