Important Information

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your reserved time.

• Please be sure to contact the office in case of delay or inability to arrive at the reserved time.

• Helmet rental included; helmet must be worn

• Suitable clothing that won't get caught in bike chains and comfortable sneakers recommended

• Liability insurance covers against third-party damage, but not personal injury

• Late returns charged ¥1,100 per hour

• Bike damage fees apply if applicable

• ID required at rental

• In the event of damage to the bicycle, you will be charged 10% of the total repair cost.

• Helmets are not covered by the damage waiver. In case of loss or damage, a compensation fee of ¥3,850 will be charged.

• In the event of bicycle theft, it is not covered by the damage waiver. You will be required to pay the full cost of a new replacement bicycle.
