In the event of rising river levels due to rain, the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons.

If the tour is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.

Day Tours: A decision will be made by the evening of the previous day.

Night Tours: A decision will be made by 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of the tour.

We will contact you immediately once a cancellation has been decided.
