Prior to the fireworks, you will have free time at Mitsui Outlet Park Shiga Ryuo, one of the largest outlet malls in the Kansai area with around 230 stores. This is a perfect opportunity to shop and have an early dinner before proceeding to the event venue.

At the festival site, roughly 30 food trucks from all over Japan will provide a diverse range of delicious options. Guests will enjoy the fireworks from reserved paid seating, ensuring an excellent view of this memorable spectacle.

Please be aware that outside food and drinks are prohibited within the venue. Meals can be purchased from the food trucks on-site or enjoyed at the outlet mall before heading to the festival.

Important Notes During Bus Tour

1. Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.

2. Members of the odd-numbered group may need to share seats with other passengers on the bus.

3. As stipulated by Japanese law, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.

4. Please remain seated and avoid walking while the tour bus is moving.

5. Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff. Please do not change your seat during the tour.

6. Please be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers.

7. Latecomers who wish to rejoin the group will be responsible for all transportation fees.

8.Please wear the sticker provided by the tour guide visibly.

9. Avoid sticking the sticker on leather goods, as it may leave marks.

10. Do not use the seat reclining function or adjust the seat settings.

11. Please set all electronic devices, including mobile phones and game consoles, to silent mode.

12. Talking on mobile phones and making video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.

13. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.

14. Arrival times at each sightseeing spot may vary depending on traffic conditions.

15. The use of drones for filming or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.

16. Please do not use perfume, sprays, or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may disturb other passengers.

17. Manage your valuable belongings yourself.

18. After the tour, please take all your trash with you and do not leave any on the bus.

19. Ensure you do not forget or leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.

20. If you fail to follow these regulations and cause a disturbance on the bus, you may be asked to leave the bus, even during the tour.

• This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
• This is not a private tour; you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
• If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.

Due to traffic congestion or other circumstances, the stay duration at each location may be shortened.

• The fireworks program and the number of fireworks launched may change without prior notice. Since the show mainly features continuous starmines and other effects that are difficult to quantify by number, the indicated number of fireworks is only an estimate.
• After the fireworks display ends, guests may be required to wait inside the venue for about 30 minutes due to regulated exit procedures.
• When taking photos, please avoid holding cameras above head level to prevent disturbing other guests.
• Please remain seated in your assigned seat while watching the fireworks.
• The fireworks event will take place even in rainy weather, and the tour will operate as scheduled. However, the event may be canceled in cases of severe weather (such as typhoons, strong winds, heavy rain) or if river conditions make the fireworks display unsafe.
• The tour will proceed unless the fireworks organizer officially announces a cancellation before the tour departure. In some cases, the decision to cancel may be made early on the morning of the event, and participants may be informed by the tour guide on the day of the tour.
• If the fireworks event is canceled by the day before departure, the tour fee will be refunded. However, if the fireworks are canceled after the tour has departed, no refund will be provided. Transportation costs to and from the meeting point are also the customer’s responsibility.
• If the fireworks event is canceled or postponed due to sudden severe weather after the tour has departed, the tour fee (including the seating fee) will not be refunded.
• If heavy traffic or congestion causes a significant delay in the return time and guests miss their last public transportation, taxi fares or other transportation costs will be at the guest’s own expense.
• Meals are not included in this tour.
• Bringing food or drinks purchased outside the venue is not allowed. Please use the food trucks inside the venue or dine at Mitsui Outlet Park beforehand.
• The return time is an estimate and may be delayed depending on traffic conditions. Please check your last available public transportation and plan your return accordingly before joining the tour.
