Upon arrival, you can buy your admission ticket for African Safari directly. If you can board the Jungle Bus before 11:10 AM, you may purchase it. The African Safari leaves at 12:15 PM, so if you are unable to board by 11:10 AM, it's best not to buy the ticket.
Similarly, you can obtain your Harmony Land admission ticket upon arrival. A restaurant is available on-site, allowing you to enjoy lunch there.
