Our guides are Japanese, and we conduct tours in both Japanese and English. We appreciate your understanding as English is not their first language. If you do not speak either Japanese or English, that's perfectly acceptable! The guide will utilize a translator at key locations to ensure you don’t miss any highlights. Above all, prepare to be awed by the stunning forest scenery. We believe this will be a memorable forest walk for you.

Regarding Pick-up and Drop-off Services

This itinerary includes pick-up and drop-off at various designated locations. All locations available for selection during the booking process qualify for this service. Please be aware that we do not currently offer transfer services to places outside of this list.

Be informed that there will be a minor adjustment to the tour start times between October 1st and November 8th. Please review the specifics below:

Tour Highlights

The mountains and untouched forest reflected on the lake's mirror-like surface are exceptionally beautiful.

Experience a stroll through the native bush, which boasts an extraordinary density of wildlife. In the forests of the Five Lakes, which sustain wild animal life, you can find numerous signs of life, including horn sharpening marks from Yezo deer and claw marks from brown bears.

【What to bring】We recommend clothing that is suitable for exercise different layers to adjust for changes in weather and temperature：Short & Long sleeve shirts、Comfortable pants for nature walking、A windbreaker (thin wind proof jacket) Apr-Jun & Sep-Nov、Fleece Jacket Apr-Jun & Sep-Nov、Sunshade Hat、Comfortable shoes for nature walking、Rain Jacket & Pants (packable into a bag)、Drink.※Water or unsweetened tea. other drink are prohibited which bears are attracted.

This tour is confirmed to run on all scheduled dates. It is guaranteed to run for even one person.

【Spring / Summer / Autumn Tour】

・Participants must be between elementary school age and 79 years old.

・We recommend that you take out personal accident insurance.

・There is no toilet during the tour.

・When you are late for the meeting place and time on the day, you may not be able to participate in the tour.

・Please refrain from using mobile phones during the tour.

・Please refrain from using perfumes and hair styling products as they may induce bee attacks and please refrain from wearing black clothes.

・Mosquitoes may occur during May to August, so please wear clothes and shoes that do not expose your skin.

・From July to August, there are days when the temperature exceeds 30℃, so please be carefully about the heat stroke.

・This tour is an outdoor activity.Please participate in good physical condition.If you feel no good, please refrain from participating.

・We will operate tour even if it rains.Please prepare rain jacket and pants.However, if the organizer decides that the tour can not be safety,it will be cancelled.

・Bears Active Season (10th May to 31st July)

・Due to the strict restrictions on admission to the pathways, you will not be able to join the tour if you are late for the meeting time.
