Hiyoko Honami Factory
This is the primary site for Fukuoka’s renowned souvenir confectionery, "Hiyoko." Observe the adorable "Hiyoko" as they proceed along the production line and enjoy the unique experience of tasting a freshly baked, warm Hiyoko cake directly from the oven—a delight that is exclusive to this location.
Please be aware that the Hiyoko Sweets Factory Visit is contingent upon the facility's availability on the day of your tour.

Nyoirinji (The Frog Temple)
Nyoirinji is fondly referred to by both locals and visitors as Kaeru-dera (Frog Temple). The Japanese word for frog, kaeru, sounds identical to the term meaning "to return safely," making the frog a symbol of good fortune and safe travels. The temple grounds are adorned with over 10,000 frog figurines and statues in various shapes and sizes, found tucked away in bushes, lining the paths, and even dressed in charming outfits.
